Expertise you can trust.
Support you'll actually feel.
For over 36 years, I have worked as a women's health care nurse practitioner, sitting across from people during some of the most personal conversations of their lives. That experience shaped how I approach weight loss — not as a number on a scale, but as a whole picture: your health history, your habits, your stress, sleep patterns, vitamins, your daily reality. I saw a repeated correlation between THE MIDS — middle age and midbody weight gain. Sounds cute when you call the increasing waist size "love handles" or "muffin top," but there is nothing cute about it. I just call it "looking crappy in my clothes"!
"This is a conversation, not a lecture!"
I've been where you are.
I was chubby and very unhappy for the first 30 years of my life. I will never forget the feelings, using safety pins and rubber bands to close my jeans when I couldn't button them — sound familiar? When I was overweight I couldn't stay on any diet long enough to make a difference. I'd watch commercials on TV and everyone looked attractive and thinner than me, and I was sad — I needed help. I would be on a diet for 3 days, perfectly adhering to the plan, and then like somebody pushed a button I'd turn into Circle K, buy a box of Wheat Thins and eat the whole thing. And then I was on a binge until midnight, and then midnight was a new day and I would start all over again and last for 3 days and then BAM! I'd do the same thing. When I was heavy I didn't want anyone seeing me or weighing me. I totally understand that very lonely secret, so I meet with people individually if they wish — and of course mail the supplies to clients not in my area.
Someone once helped me — I'm just here to help you. This isn't a product you buy. It's a partnership with someone who's genuinely in your corner.
